P2 Spray Gun Overview
The P2 spray gun is specially designed for high-output polyurethane foam insulation and polyurea waterproofing & anti-corrosion projects. It perfectly matches K2000, K3000, K7000 and other hydraulic & pneumatic spraying machines, widely used in building insulation, roof waterproofing, pipeline anti-corrosion, industrial flooring and infrastructure construction.

1. Lightweight & Ergonomic Design
Made of high-strength alloy material, the gun body is light in weight and well-balanced. The ergonomic non-slip handle ensures comfortable long-time operation, no hand fatigue, and easy spraying at heights, narrow spaces and complex angles.

2. Double Piston Strong Trigger Force
Adopts advanced double piston structure, providing strong triggering force with sensitive response. It ensures even material mixing, stable and continuous spraying output, no material backflow, and improves overall construction quality.

3. Air Self-Cleaning & Anti-Clogging
Built-in air purge system automatically cleans the mixing chamber after each spraying. Anti-crossover and check valve design effectively prevent material crystallization and backflow, greatly reducing gun blockage and daily maintenance frequency.

4. Easy Maintenance & Cost Saving
The mixing chamber insert can be replaced quickly without disassembling the whole gun. Wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant internal parts extend service life, lower replacement cost and shorten downtime on site.

5. Wide Adaptability & Stable Performance
Supports both polyurethane and polyurea materials. Max working pressure up to 25MPa, flow rate 1–15kg/min. Equipped with interchangeable round and fan nozzles to meet different spraying width and construction requirements.
